These are our new gleePEEPS pouches. Pictures you see above of Jose and Boy were taken at our photo shoot this week. Despite the cloudy and gloomy weather, the pictures turned out pretty well. NIKKO
Sunday drive to NIKKO.
We managed to catch the last bit of Autumn in Nikko last sunday. Being able to drive to the outskirts where there are mountains and lots of nature is what I love most about living in Japan. Rich blue skies, bright warm sunlight, crisp air, hues of red, orange and yellow…this must be my favorite season of the year. Up the mountains, the autumn leaves have already fallen but that only made everything look more mystical and beautiful. I was glad we got to Nehan waterfall just before sunset. Have always been intrigued by waterfalls and would love ot go on a waterfall road trip someday.

A good documentation of well-designed products that are leading the trend now. The cookies in the cover, made by cookie boy, represents the products in the book but cookie boy is not featured in this book! The Japanese title ‘ 夢みるデザインプロダクト’ is slightly better than the english title ‘ Design goods showcase’ but I still think that the book deserves a better title… Well all in all, it is a perfect inspirational book.

My coworker told me about her new friend, Cookie boy,and his upcoming exhibitions/workshops. I was thrilled when I saw his works online. Cookie Boy is a really brilliant cookie maker in Japan. These are some of his stuff. How amazing!! Totally in love with his style! He does lots of commission work for events, editorial spreads, book covers…etc.
