The Polkaros ‘Japon’ zine is finally available in our store now! A big thank you to those who have shown interest and have waited patiently for this. Sorry it took me so long to upload it. This is the printed version of the handmade zine I made for the Hello Sandwich Tokyo Table booth during the MCA zine fair last year. It’s a little zine inspired by traditional Japanese crafts. Last weekend, I had a cookie workshop with some friends in my tiny Tokyo apartment. It was my first attempt to have a workshop at home and it was a lot of fun!
We started the afternoon with some light refreshments and sangria!
I think 8 is all I can fit in this space…
We got quite messy once we started working on our cookies.

These were the cutest cookies of the day made by my friend, Junie!
Here’s one of the cookies I made. I had a lot more ideas but didn’t manage to materialize them. Can’t wait to bake some cookies again!
