Tegamisha Book & Coffee Cafe

Spend an afternoon in a quiet neighbourhood of Chofu city at one of Tokyo’s alternative book cafe, Tegamisha (手紙舎カフェ), locataed just 30 minutes away from Shinjuku. With tastefully curated shelves of books and zines on art, craft and lifestyle, it’s one place you should come by if you’re in Tokyo.

There is a little cozy cafe at the back of the store, or upstairs at Level 2 where you can enjoy a good cup and cake while you read a book, or have a go at their daily food menu.

Tegamisha has a great selection of zakka by Japanese craftsmen that we love! And they also organise a craft market called Nominoichi that we will talk about in our next post.

Find out more about Tegamisha here.
