This is OHIMESAMA from our Hinamatsuri collection recently showcased at Japan Creative Centre in Singapore. Hinamatsuri, also known as Girl’s Day or Doll’s day in Japan, is celebrated on the 3rd of March. Hina-dolls are displayed on platforms to wish for the good health and well-being of girls in the family. Here's our interpretation of the traditional dolls and their stories. We hope you like it!
OHIMESAMA represents the Empress at the imperial palace. She sits on the first platform together with OTONOSAMA. She loves beautiful garments and is a true style icon.
